Crash probe brings more scrutiny of Boeing, FAA

As investigators of the Ethiopian Airlines crash of a 737 MAX prepare to release their report as early as this week, and Boeing readies a software fix, the Federal Aviation Administration is prepared to tell lawmakers it plans to overhaul safety oversight later this year.
